Meet Taylor - Owner & Lead Mechanic
Growing up I found a passion for automechanics that lead me to pursue it as a trade. I completed my associates degree in Automotive Science in 2011 from Waukesha County Technical College. Over the first decade and a half of my career I worked for 3 different family owned auto repair shops where I had the opportunity of growing in my trade on a wide variety of makes and models. Now almost two decades of experience I am excited to offer quality affordable service to the Green Bay area community at my own shop. My wife and I are excited to earn your trust as the small shop with big integrity and the highest quality!
When I'm not wrenching I enjoy the outdoors and time with my wife, son and my hound Milo.

Meet Ashley - Co Owner & Business Manager
Along with my husband Taylor, I am excited to earn your trust as the small shop who serves you with the biggest integrity and the highest quality! Growing up I found a passion for hard work, getting my first job at age 14 and grew up working lots of interesting jobs from milking cows to dispatching at a gravel company. I eventually went on to get my masters degree in Social Work and Non Profit Business Management. Over the last 15 years I have worked in a wide range of business management roles that have laid the foundation for now managing Victory Garage with my husband. From working with vendors to keep costs low to simple services like text reminders, I hope to make your experience with us seamless. My passions are homeschooling my son, being part of the worship team at our church, tending our homestead and time with my family.
